By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products and Purchases We sell a perishable food supplement. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Refund Policy Integration By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy. Because our goods are perishable, all sales are final once the product seal is broken, and unopened returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns are strictly governed by the process outlined in our Refund Policy. As an exception to the above, your first purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you don't love them, contact us at team@sweetlikewellf.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of one tub to your original payment method. The guarantee applies to your first order of the product only, is limited to one refund per customer and household, and does not require you to return the opened product. We may withdraw or amend the guarantee for future purchases at any time; this does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
