Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Because our product is a perishable food supplement, we maintain a strict return policy for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.

  • Accepted Returns: We only accept returns and issue refunds if the product is completely unopened and the original seal (the plastic film wrapping around the outside of the paper tub) is entirely intact and untampered with, and you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Once the outer plastic seal is broken, ripped, or removed, the product is considered opened and cannot be returned or refunded under this policy. If you have opened your first tub and simply didn't get on with it, see our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee below instead.
  • Return Costs: We issue the return label, and the cost of return postage is deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: As we only carry one specific product, we do not offer exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

If your product is unopened and you wish to return it, you must contact us first.

  1. Email us at team@sweetlikewellf.com with your order number to request a return.
  2. If approved, we will generate and email you a specific return shipping label along with the correct return address.

Important Notice Regarding Return Address: Our warehouse operates from a different address to the office. Do not send returns back without receiving a return label from us first. Any parcels sent without prior authorisation and our official return label will be rejected by the mailroom, and no refund will be issued.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first order is covered by our money-back guarantee. If you don't love them, email team@sweetlikewellf.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of one tub to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back. The guarantee applies to your first order of the product only and is limited to one refund per customer and household. We may withdraw or amend the guarantee for future purchases at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
